Apparently the song was sung first in Pinocchio movie. I like the song very much, even though I did not fully understand the whole lyrics, due to language barrier at that time but I did already understand the point of this song.

Now, of course I can understand the whole meaning of the lyrics, and thus I keep on remembering it, as one of my motivation song. Though I am not a child anymore, I am still having the same faith as my childhood moments, that our dreams will come true if we truly wish for it and do our best good effort to grab it.

I found out that good childhood memory is becoming one of my strength to face today sometimes-freaky-adult-times ^^.

So my friends, for all of our dreams, I will say : Bon courage! All the best! Semangat! Faiting! Ganbatte!

Chatting

I am sure lots of people enjoy chatting, either discreetly or not. I myself already tried to chat since around 2003, when I was in university and my point of view regarding chatting are as following:

1. Sometimes we become insomnia, we do not aware of time already spend for chatting. In other words if you enjoy chatting, you will spend lots of time unconscionably.

2. There are no boundaries. We can meet everyone from different places (countries, even continent), boy or girl, old and young, good and bad people. So we must really aware of the consequences. Usually we can easily find people with sex orientation topics. If we do not like this kind of topics, directly shoot them down.

3. With technology which enable us speaking or chatting with people from other parts of the world, often people forget that the most important thing is to build relationship and maintain it in real world, because this is the real life one! Indeed people could build friendship through internet, however it will not become real if we do not maintain it in reality. Someone proofed as a good friend once difficult things happen and he sticks there to assist. That is the real friendship.

Spending the Time

I am wondering on why I often carelessly spending my time.

Its not that I am lazy, but its just sometimes I carry out other things compared to previous schedule/plans. This is RIDICULOUS and endanger me. I wonder on why I keep on repeating the same mistakes. I know that I have to spend time wisely, but somehow I keep on wasting it again and again. In example, I am browsing too much at certain free websites (reading for interesting updated news) for the whole week (yes, the whole week) instead of replaying important emails and looking for new job vacancies. Bad girl!

Arrgghh,,,What a mess! I do really need to seriously focus and wisely spend my time right now. Always remember that time could not move backwards.

When Plans Did Not Work Out

For my case not only one plan did not work out, but lots of plans did not work out. Hahahahaaa,,,what a life!

I received many, many, and many rejections during the entire of my life, let say it actually started when I was still studying at Senior High School, during applying for jobs, etc. I will not write the details of the rejection, but I will share few points I get so far :

I have learned that life requires determination.
I have learned that whatever happen, tomorrow will come and today will become past.
I have learned to let go off something that does not meant for me, though previously I hardly chased for it.
I have learned that the ones who support not only during good time, but also during the bad time are treasures.
I have learned to keep on studying thorough the entire life, including to conquer the pain and the feeling of scared.
I have learned that time has magical power.
It is our choose to stand up and to continue living the life.
If plan A did not work out, there are plan B and C and D until Z, the chances are always there.
Life is full of surprises and no one knows what will happen in the future, so always appreciate and enjoy life.

Losing Someone

It always hurts to be separated from our dear ones. Some separation happen for awhile and some others last forever. When separation means forever, it is choking off.

People often said when someone passed away that the person actually does not leave us, even closer. Though is now becoming invisible, we can still feel his presence. Perhaps people right, but one thing for sure is that the pain will always occur.  Nonetheless, pain is part of life and when dealing with it, people often just realized how precious life is and how grateful we are to meet and know the late person during his life.

Banana, Orange and Butterfly

It's funny to know that butterflies actually also like to eat fruits. Haha,,,,Am I the one who late to know this or perhaps people also do not aware of this matter? :) Frankly speaking, I do not know whether butterflies indeed eat those fruits or just take its juice.  Perhaps the last one.

I like to watch butterflies. They are beautiful creation. For me, the most interesting part about butterfly is that they come from totally different shape and must undergo hard process of releasing their body and wings from cocoon to be able to soaring into the sky. It shows the process of life, that all creatures should face their difficulties, and evolve to become mature and beautiful.

Not only butterfly' wings beautiful, but also its cocoons. Though not all cocoon are beautiful. I was realized that there are various color of cocoon, start from chocolate, green, even the golden colored cocoon also exist. I saw that during my visit to one of South East Asia's zoo which has Butterfly Park. Can you guest it? ^^ OK, let's check the picture of butterflies enjoying bananas and oranges .

Looking for a job in Jakarta

Indonesia is a land where lots of jobs opportunities available there in. Especially in big cities, such as Jakarta (the capital city), Surabaya (trading city), Balikpapan (oil, migas), Medan (trading). Additionally, Indonesia definitely is not lacking for human resources, for we are on the 4th rank country with most population,yet sometimes question occur, asking on why there are still lots of people unemployed.

I will write in simple-general term only, and for Jakarta overview only, because job hunting is not a simple issue here. Okay, mostly companies are having difficulty to hire new employees. For people who do not know much about Indonesia, you should know that living costs in Indonesia, especially its big cities is considered on high side. Including, of course, Jakarta as the capital city. Though foreigner often said that living costs in Indonesia is affordable, it is not equivalent with salary received by local. We can not compare salary based on US or Europe standard with Indonesia's standard, right? Even the currency rate already different. Should I mentioned that foreign workers usually have different scale of salary? Okay, I already mentioned it. Therefore salary often becomes crucial point to determine working agreement in Jakarta. If job hunter could not find the desired jobs, they usually find it on other cities or even abroad when the expected salary is higher and could adequately support living cost.

Further, qualification required by company sometimes could not match with the candidates. Not that Indonesian have no good skills and knowledge, but because of some jobs require high qualification. On the other side, high education is not at cheap price here which causes not all Indonesian could enjoy good education. Surely education is vital to enable Indonesian competes within global working environment or even in Jakarta as home for hundreds of job opportunities.

Local Product, Esemka

Few weeks ago, people in Indonesia were busy discussing about Esemka. It is a product name of local car and was made by high school students in Indonesia. It's a kind of family car which could fit up to 8 person at max (well, don't forget that Indonesian mostly have slim body :) ).

The test carried out by local institution confirmed that Esemka is safe to drive. The local government even supported Esemka to grow. They wished for Esemka to be established and well grow in Indonesia. Nonetheless, it is not an easy path to establish local automotive products. Lots of interests involved here. One of the difficult issue is that our government has huge debt to foreigners. They bound to the contract and should support foreign' product growth here. Well, not all contract having win-win solution, right? At least, this is the best that I've known so far. Pitty Esemka. I could do nothing to support their growth, but I wish our government could help it. Let us wait and see the progress. 

Dufan - Indonesia Fantasy World

Dufan or called Dunia Fantasi is the oldest and the biggest play park in Indonesia. It's located in North Jakarta.

I often go there sincere very little, considering it is one of attraction available here. But during weekend the queue is awful. Hate it. Better to go during workdays.

During weekend, the ticket costs IDR 150,000. Nevertheless, sometimes discount available up to 50%. People should check Dufan first prior to get there.

Carnaval of Dufan' mascot is usually on Sunday afternoon. Besides the mascot, there will be attractive dancers and beautiful flowers in advance. My fave game attraction is Tornado. Two lines of people sitting back to back on the long bar of seats and upon ready, the bar will raise to the sky and turn around to the right and left and up and down,,,haha,,quite dizzy if you close your eyes. I do enjoy this game very much so that directly run for the next queue once finished it :) Do not close your eyes, It will help to reduce our scares.

Besides Tornado, lots of attractive games available too, such as Halilintar, Bainglala, Burung Tempur, Poci2 , etc. For beach lovers, you can go to Ancol. It is a beach near Dufan, still within one location, though you must walk or bring your car to reach it.

Additional information that not everyone knows is that we could buy one middle cup of cold drinks at Starbucks cafe at the entrance of Dufan with friendly price, IDR 10,000 by showing our entry tickets. It's nice, isn't it? :)

Finally, there are lots of attraction that I do not write in here. Should you have free time in Jakarta, do come and see Dufan, and don't forget to use hat. It's really hot there,,,:D

Nana

Do you have a close friend or best friend? Someone close to you and could understand you? Even the distant is far, you can still feel that your heart is close to your best friend's. I do have one.

Coincidentally, I watched Japan dorama, Nana. It directly stuck into my mind. I could only remember one name, after watching that dorama. My best and far away friend, Mia one-chan. I miss you so much one-chan. I know you are far away and is now facing difficulty. Be strong, I am always here for you,,,,I pray for you and hope that someday we could met again.

Graduation Day

I attended my sister graduation day last week. Somehow it remains me of my graduation day. Old memories soaked my mind. 6 Years already passed, and I do appreciate old memories I have. Especially the good one, such as graduation day. Separation with dear friends is not easy, but we all need to move forward. This is life.

Now, me and my friends already spread over. Time surely flies. We do not know what future will bring us. Nevertheless, let us happily face our time, our present, as appreciation for the life experiences God already given :) Be happy, God is always with us :)

Heart Shaped Bread

I found this huge, not too sweet, delicious, crunchy, heart shaped bread in one store near Barcelona Cathedral. Did I write near Barcelona Cathedral? yup,,,yup,,,,I found this delicious bread near Catedral de la Santa Cruz y Santa Eulalia aka Barcelona Cathedral. In one of their beautiful stores. I will share stories about Barcelona next time, ok? :)

The point is that I do really like this simple and huge bread as friend of my journey. Let see its picture here :

Hohoooo,,,,Wel, it's not quite a heart shape anymore, cause I already ate it few bites :)). Do you see little white color spread on the top of the bread? Its sugar. Yet, the taste of the bread is not too sweet, which is good for me. This crunchy bread could last for 3 days. I wish someday I could eat this bread again along with warm tea, in its shop with the beautiful scenery of Barcelona City and Cathedral. Me likey.

Steak !

Holaaa,,,,

This is one of my fave food in the world.

Yeah,,,yeah,,,I like to eat any kind of steak with various sauce. Ribs, tenderloin, etc, etc,,,,hehehe. I'm not quite remember on when I start to like this kind of food. This actually not our native food, but somehow I get used to it ^^.

Last time I went to American Grill restaurant with my cousin and friend at one of shopping mall nearby our home. The restaurant is quite cozy with American style, but I forgot to take interior pictures. At least I did not forget to take picture of the steak :). I thought I choose ribs with barbeque sauce and drink a huge glass of ice tea. The size of the steak is actually not so big. On the plate we got not only steak, but also baked potatoes and few vegetables. I like the texture of the steak. The taste also rich. Additional to the steak, we got free and unlimited appetizer, and dessert. Wuahhhh,,,,like it! especially the desert. The dessert were not really sweet. This is good for me, cause I don't like too sweet dessert which is bad for teeth and get your stomach feeling of fullness. Hahaha,,,,,In general, I like the steak, appetizer and dessert offered in this restaurant. The price is not quite expensive too. Worth to try.

I remember one really affordable steak restaurant in Bandung city. Students like to eat there. Well, its not really a restaurant, it is a tend restaurant, typically Indonesia. It named Road Cafe. I missed to eat there. It located at Cisangkui streest. Famous for its youghurt and steak. Someday I visit Bandung, I shall have a dinner at Road Cafe again.

Fun Jobs

My brother said all the jobs are actually the same. There are no fun job. I hate his statement. How could you said that bro? There should be fun job available in this world!!!! The point is that he tried to explain to me no all happy times at every kind of job. Probably he is right, but still I don't agree.

Check out the food tester, and clown, oh and comedian alsoooo. They seem really enjoy their job and mostly always happy. 

Food tester : This is not mouse, but human (food tester person). Food tester person can eat all food to be tested on their mouth. You do know all good food factory have this division, right? Looks yummy and who can reject free yummy food anyway? ^^. I can't. Bring me free ice cream and choco, baby ^^.

Clown : the clown always happy, and try to make people smiling. They seem enjoy their funny work. Look at their smiling lips, at all day and all time.

Comedian : they always laughing every time. This explain why comedian looks younger and fun.

Though all jobs are seemed the same by my brother, he makes exceptions for artist. Artist is the most enjoyable profession and job in the world, he said. For this one, I'm agree. Artists always do what they want, say what they want to say and create everything they like to do. Argghhhh,,,,,so much fun,,,,,Well, though probably becoming an artist would not make you rich in Indonesia (though few artists in Indonesia becoming very rich too), but west country will of course appreciate artist more.  Should I consider of becoming an artist?....hahahaaa,,,,,me, of becoming curly and sexy artist? jiahahhaa,,,,I really sometimes loose control of myself :D, but probably I will be looked very sexy.

Back to reality, I am just an ordinary typical office worker^^!. I am grateful for my job, but I hate getting difficult tasks. It requires me overtime and it often make me headache!!!!!!!,,,,,argghhh,,,,,no worries, I can handle it, perhaps, if I want to handle it.  Perhaps, if I 'm indeed need to find new solution, sexy artist could be a good choice, followed by food tester person :D,,,yihaaa,,,,,*syndrome of the end of Sunday*

Bad air pollution in Jakarta

If you're driving your own motorcycle or bicycle in Jakarta (note : I do not count cars), you will definitely know what I am going to talk about. Can you guess??...nope, try harder then,,,,It's about bad air pollution in Jakarta. 
 
I am a driver of 40 km/day, with motorcycle and complete hand gloves including mask. Don't forget the helmet. It is a must. What becoming my concern is that the mask wouldn't help me much to filter the CO2. I still strongly smell the CO2. I know I am still stronger right now. A young adult and beautiful face and curly hair, and,,,(narcissism mode should off now) :D but hey, how about few years later? though I'm young, who can guarantee my healthiness? no one (I think I write stupid question hahaha,,,). Hikssss,,,,,I see Indonesian government find no result for this. Should we clap our hand now? YES!!!!!!!,,,what a great Indonesian government. 

I will tell you a secret. In Jakarta, the buses (If you read KOPAJA or METRO MINI then you already find our bus) are having more than 10 years of ages. More than 15 years even. Our buses are so pity and awful. I do remember use the same bus since very child and keep on wondering why our government could not afford to buy the new one. We still use the same bussssses....They know that the smoke are soooooo baadddddd that we can see the air in black color behind the bus, but classic reason always used : We do not have enough budget. Oh please! or probably other reason : we are having overloaded population and it is really difficult to maintain a city with already miss-management plan. Well, this is complicated, indeed, but I think government should consider to remove the capital city to a new city. A new city that having good plan and management. Further, vehicles limitation might also help. Raising the tax for vehicle and practice maximum years limitation for the vehicles could also be considered.  Maybe Jakarta could be saved. Maybe. This makes me miss Europe.
 
 

Lazy Syndrome

Okay,

This is the topic which I wish not to discuss at all. Not because I'm avoiding something, but this is something that I have tried to fight for a long, long timeee,,,,

So, once upon a time in beautiful country,,,,,,okay, never mind this sentence. Let's skip to next paragraphs.

*sigh* lazy syndrome,,,,has anyone heard this term? If not, then I am the one who create it. Yayy,,, This not something to be proud of, actually. This is the best syndrome that killing people, well at least for me. How do I describe this?...umm,,,I am a sleepy head person. Really a sleepy head person. Many of my friends have confirmed that I am the sleeping princess who able to sleep anywhere and anytime. Wait, this is still not lazy syndrome??,,,,Okay, back to main topic. Lazy syndrome that I mean is similar to laziness, but in a very bad stage. We feel lazy, but sometimes or mostly unable to resist it. That is bad. It cause difficulties to life and relation with other. I was even hate myself for this. Have anyone experienced this too? In example, I am going to apply a new job at one big company with limited dead line and vacant seats. The dead line is 14 days from today. Today I am thinking that I still have lots of days to submit my application. The same thoughts happen to me for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and the next day and the next day until finally I reach the day prior the deadline. So I often harshly fill up the bloody lots of forms and end up too tired for my great super hero action. It is such a good for me not missed the deadline. 

Other example is that when I have to go to office. My office hour start at 08.30 am, but since I often go home late (almost everyday), and I have no spirit to come to office besides to earn money monthly (Aha!), I reach office at 09.00 or even 09.30 or even 10.00. OHHHH NOOOOOOO. Such a bad attitude I have. hikss. This is killing. I do not want my action cause troubles to others. Such a bad manner. I Hope I could erase my lazy syndrome soon. Could anyone here provide advice for me? perhaps, one of you have the same syndrome?  Do you think I create too much excuses for myself?

I do remember a quote (note: I forget who crate this quotation) : "We could never change the world, but we can always change ourselves" . I say AMEENNNN.....^^

Pancake lover

Hello,,,,

Is there anyone loves pancakes? I am...I am a pancake lover.....

Hehe,,,yummy,,,non sweet (plain) crispy pancakes with lots of fruits topping. Aww,,,,love it. It tasted fresh, with kiwis, strawberries, grapes, longams, grape syrup and plain frozen yogurt :D. I can feel my mouth watering right now....hahaaaa..

Frozen yogurt is now popular in Indonesia for its fresh, light taste and coldness. Further, frozen yogurt usually has low fat which is of course becoming first selection for healthy eating people here hehee... So, frozen yogurt and pancakes are really good combination for me.

The last time I ate pancake was when having fun with my bestfriends. We were playing in giant public swimming pool (with big artificial waves) for almost a whole day and continued the fun to the mall nearby and subsequently ate therein (do this sound like Jakarta lifestyle? I don't know and don't care) hihiii...

Regret that I forgot the name of the pancake stall, but I remember it has grape background of color and pink words. I will try to check it again and one day will try other various of pancakes. If not from the same stall, of course I will try other creation of pancake from other stall or restaurant. Can't wait for it :) .

Sleepy head

Few of my friend are able to sleep only few minutes or very less hours everyday. Seriously. At first, I thought this only happen at noon, but apparently the opposite of my mind. It is also happen at night. Gezz....what strong friends I have, considering enough sleep for me is tight sleeping for 8 hours at night. Hahahahaaa.... 

I do really grateful for having a tight sleep everyday. I could not imagine on how people could gain their strength without enough sleep (surely this is subject to my mind), but then I think this is one of human uniqueness. Human's body reacts differently !! Bravo! I am just hoping they do not drink coffee a well  :D 

Crazy Jakarta's Roads...

Yup,,,,

I think I need to share something about the craziness of Jakarta's roads. Ups,,,OK, I make a confession. I am not living in Jakarta, but I am daily driving my red slim motorcycle through Jakarta's crazy roads. Few friend of mine saw me as a crazy girl and I am fully aware about this. 

Yah, for everyone who has yet to know the condition of Jakarta, now I  am announcing the Jakarta's roads are full with mad drivers every day and almost every time. OK, that is not an announcement, everybody knows that. Hey, how about this,,,, I can even bet that not all of them (the drivers) are having driving license. Crazy??....yes, Indeed.....but anyway this is happening, at least in Indonesia and here I am getting involve with these  'mad' drivers. hahahaa..... but I need to highlight that I am not one of these kind. I am a very normal driver, but frankly speaking I have never relaxed during driving in Jakarta. The motorcycles are moving to everywhere as they wish and so the cars. There is no strict rule about this. Vehicles can suddenly stop and or move their direction. This create confusion for me. The sad thing is that sometimes Police seem do not care (or perhaps they indeed do not care) with this condition. 

Considering cheap price of fuel for motorcycle and independencies to go everywhere as I wish , I tried to stick with my cute red motorcycle. Bad air pollution, traffic congestion, heat and bad drivers are becoming my enemies, but so far I can handle with that. OK, I know air pollution will become worse if people keep on buying new vehicle, but we do not have good public and massive transportation here at this very moment. Busway could not solve the problem and I do really wish that our government could find other better solution for us. Now, all I can do is depending on my motorcycle to reach the office and hoping that my headache will not come back after years gone, due to stress. ^^!!! 

Just like people say, living in Jakarta is so full of stress....I miss to smell the fresh air and see the green environment....

Blue twinkle X'mas tree

It's almost Christmas. Almost. I usually build a miniature of little cave and Christmas tree, but I have not build that yet. I will, however, find a way to build the cave and Christmas tree prior to the Day. Anyway, since I am kind enough,,,hehe...(can you see the angel circles on the top of my head?).. :)...I will share few nice pics of Xmas season surround me, well this is not include cave build inside the Church. I have not seen the Church's cave yet. This pictures, at least, give me Christmas Season feelings. Enjoy!
